For Butterfly mechanism keyboards (typically found in models from 2016 to late 2019), we will only send the keycaps. We do not provide the butterfly mechanism itself because it is an integrated part of the laptop's top case. If your underlying butterfly mechanism is broken, a complete keyboard replacement is required. You can contact us regarding service options.
