How It Works: Step-by-Step Process
1. Choose Your Mac
- Select the Mac model that suits your needs (e.g., MacBook, Mac Mini, iMac) and contact us.
2. Confirm Deposit & Rental Fee
• The deposit amount is equivalent to the current value of the chosen Mac.
• The total rental fee will be calculated based on the daily rate for the duration of your hire.

3. Make Your Payment
• Transfer only the deposit amount via bank transfer.
• Once the deposit is received, we will ship the Mac to your address.
4. Receive Your Mac

• At the end of your rental period, use the provided return label to ship the Mac back via AusPost.
• Ensure the device is adequately packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Important: Before returning the Mac:
• Wipe all your data from the device.
• Ensure that Find My is turned off to avoid delays in processing your return.
6. Rental Fee Deduction & Refund
• Once the Mac is safely returned and inspected:
• The rental fee will be deducted from your deposit.
• The remaining balance will be transferred back to your bank account.
