Add this service to your order and our certified technicians will install your iMac Display Driver Board for you — mail-in from anywhere in Australia or walk-in at our Balwyn, VIC 3103 workshop.

How it works

1 Add the driver board + this service to your cart

Add the iMac Display Driver Board compatible with your iMac model and this installation service to your cart, then place your order as normal.

2 Receive your RMA number

We’ll email you an RMA number with clear instructions on where and how to send your iMac, or details for a walk-in appointment at our workshop.

3 Back up your data — important

We strongly recommend backing up your iMac before sending. Please be aware that as part of this service, all internal components of your iMac will be recycled. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

4 Pack your iMac securely

Use the original iMac box if you have it, or pack it securely with foam and bubble wrap. The iMac’s glass screen must be well protected during transit. Walk-in customers can skip this step.

5 Ship via Australia Post

Send your iMac to our workshop in Balwyn, VIC 3103. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance given the value of the unit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

6 We install the board & return your iMac

Our technicians install the Display Driver Board and test your iMac before returning it to you — usually within 1–2 business days of receiving it.
