iFixit Essential Electronics Toolkit
The iFixit Essential Electronics Toolkit is the foundational tool set for tech repair — everything you need for the most common fixes like screen and battery swaps, in a case small enough to keep in a drawer or throw in a bag. If you're starting out in electronics repair, this is the kit to start with.
At its core is iFixit's 4mm polymer driver with an ergonomic grip, a magnetic bit holder and a swivel cap, paired with 16 precision bits covering the fasteners you'll actually meet inside phones, tablets, laptops and game consoles — including Apple's Pentalobe and Tri-point screws and TORX Security heads. The bits are S2 steel, so they bite properly instead of rounding out on the first stubborn screw.
Beyond the driver, you get the prying and handling tools that make a repair go smoothly: angled tweezers, a spudger, a Jimmy and opening picks. It all lives in an EVA foam-lined ABS case with a magnetised interior and a lid tray, so nothing rattles loose in transit and you always know which bit is missing.
It's not just for electronics, either — the same driver and bit range handles door knobs, small appliances and eyeglasses.
Note: bit sizes and kit contents are as specified by iFixit and may be revised by the manufacturer without notice.
