How it works

1 Add your part + this service to your cart

Add the replacement part (e.g. battery, display, SSD) and this installation service to your cart, then place your order as normal.

2 Receive your RMA number

We’ll email you an RMA number with clear instructions on where and how to send your device, or details for a walk-in appointment at our workshop.

3 Back up your data

We don’t wipe or access your files, but we strongly recommend backing up your device before sending. We are not responsible for data loss during the repair process.

4 Pack your device securely

Place your device in a well-padded box with bubble wrap or foam. Good packaging protects it during transit. Walk-in customers can skip this step.

5 Ship via Australia Post

Send your device to our workshop in Balwyn, VIC 3103. We recommend adding shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

6 We complete the repair & return your device

Our technicians complete the installation and return your device promptly — usually within 1–2 business days of receiving it.
