Add the replacement battery for your MacBook model and this service to your cart, then place your order as normal.

2 Receive your RMA number

We'll email you an RMA number with clear instructions on where and how to send your MacBook to us.

3 Back up your data

We don't wipe or access your files, but we strongly recommend backing up your MacBook before sending. We are not responsible for data loss during the repair.

4 Pack your MacBook securely

Place your MacBook in a well-padded box with bubble wrap or foam. Good packaging protects your device during transit.

5 Ship via Australia Post

Send to our workshop in Balwyn, VIC 3103. We recommend adding shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

6 We replace your battery & send it back

Our technicians install your new battery and return your MacBook promptly — usually within 1–2 business days of receiving it.
