iMac Standalone Display Exchange

Looking to repurpose your old iMac as a high-quality external monitor?

Instead of sending your iMac in and waiting, our exchange service works the other way around — we send you a fully converted iMac display first, you swap it over, then return your old unit in the same packaging. Fast, simple, and zero DIY risk.

How it works

A simple 4-step swap — no tools, no waiting

1 Place your order

Select the exchange service that matches your iMac model and complete your order. We’ll confirm your model details with you after purchase to make sure you get the right unit.

2 We ship a converted display to you

We send you a professionally converted iMac — modified with a Display Driver Board and tested before dispatch. It arrives ready to plug in via USB-C or HDMI, no setup required.

3 Back up & pack your old iMac

Before returning your iMac, make sure to back up all your data — the internal components will be recycled as part of this service. Pack your iMac securely using the same packaging your converted display arrived in.

4 Return your old iMac

Use the included return label to send your original iMac back to us via Australia Post. We recommend keeping your tracking number. Once received, your exchange is complete.

Important — back up before returning

All internal components of your returned iMac are recycled as part of this service. Please ensure all data is backed up before sending your unit. We are not responsible for any data loss.
