60Hz 3840 x 2160 on HP Z27

Full 60Hz performance on MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015).

This cable allows 60Hz operation; HDMI could only support 30Hz at 3840 x 2160.

Be warned the HP Z27 has other quirks when connected via display port. It would appear to go to sleep and could not be woken. The issue appears to be related to the presence of 2 display ports on the monitor and it being unable to sense wake up on the other if it automatically selected the other one. A bit of playing with the settings and everything works correctly.
