First time purchase of apple refurbished and Macfixit

Prior to xmas’25 my iMac screen began to deteriorate. As I had already purchased from Macfixit (very happy I might add) a refurbished Mac Mini M2 Pro and it was an excellent experience to know that a Cust Svce person was reading and responding quickly to my enquiry to their Cust Svce about further items regarding my further enquiry about the SATECHI HUB WITH Samsung 990 Pro SSD CARD WITHIN compatibility with my setup. I received a quick and knowledgeable email from customer service as not really being a tech head, I wanted to be accurate in setting things up. Firstly the ssd card I had selected was no longer available in manufacture. It was sorted very quickly with the customer svce offering an upgrade with reasonable discount due to the manufacturer ceasing the chosen previous model SSD. It was a very reasonable offer! I realised later, this SSD card needed some setup of which I was not savvy about. No problem…. Tech did it and more to help me get started. I am super happy and amazed at the quality of the products and Cust Svce advice about the 3 purchases, as well as again shipping and customer service. I definitely recommend this company and as a 1st to 3rd time buyer writing a review is not something I would usually do but my experiences tell the story.

I recently bought the Satechi Aluminium Stand & Hub For Mac Mini / Studio With NVMe SSD Enclosure from Macfixit Australia. I bought several items for this company before. They always arrived within a few days. Excellent service.

The enclose fits my Mac Mini perfectly. The extra ports make my daily use of the Mac Min much easier with the ports on the front. At this stage I have not fitted and SSD. I can highly reccomed this device.
