Lunatastic!!!

I recently purchased a refurbished 2020 27” iMac as my 2012 model could no longer receive updates. It was still a great computer but outdated. It would have been a waste to put it to rest . I realised I may be able to use it as a secondary monitor screen for my updated model. I asked AI and was informed about the Luna dongle and bingo!! Fantastic idea. I bought one, installation was straightforward the I now have two matching iMacs with the second functioning beautifully as a secondary monitor screen. Totally recommend this product as it do everything it claims to do perfectly

This thing. Didn’t work months ago. Now…oh, it works. Since they’ve upgraded software or who knows what. It works so well. Using USB C in my low end work HP laptop (as third display) wirelessly to 2017 iMac (5K running as 1st display at 4K). Plus, plugged an old 4K display (as third display) via USB 3 with mini display adapter into laptop…I know, right. Work flows baby. Latency meh…yeah when using chunky Teams. Cloud based systems lag anyway (especially with the embarrassing slow internet speeds here in Australia). Split the difference between… $avings - no need to buy more equipment. Convenience - of keeping MAC/PC worlds seperate. Functionality vs momentary low resolution and redraws every now n then. I can now get on with being a task assassin. iMac and laptop now run way cooler too - more $avings. No remote access or alike needed. The mega bonus reveal…no more windows on my iMac! Not anti pc I just like ample disk space. Say that three times quickly. What? There are other solutions out there. Check your specs and compatibility. Now, go on. Get it in ya! PS the Luna Display plug itself…it is cute. Had to be said. Gratitude to folks at Astropad. MacFixIt have been doing it for…ever!
