Q. I want to return an item. What do I do?

If you would like to return item or items you have purchased from our store, please refer to this information page to arrange for a return:


Q. Can I pick up my order?

Sure thing. However, please make sure that you place the order online first and select In Store Pick Up option during the checkout process. This will ensure that a unit is physically put aside for you before you come in. You shall then receive an email letting you know that the order is ready to be picked up.Pick up is available at any time between 10am and 5.30pm weekdays at the address below:

Q. Can I have my order sent via Express Post?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail. At the present time we do not offer the Express Shipping option online. If you require your order to be shipped Express, please contact us after you have placed the order online and we can make the arrangements for Express Shipping once any extra applicable costs have been paid.


Q. I placed an order but the status still shows pending? What is going on?

Due to fraudulent transactions we verify all transactions manually before approving the payment. Your order status may show as "Pending" for up to 1 business day after the order. If your order is very urgent, please get in touch on this link and we will attempt to speed up the process.


Q. Do you fix Apple Macs?

Unfortunately we no longer do on-site tech support or any other servicing besides the LCD replacement services we offer on our website.


Q. How long does dispatch and delivery take?

Items are generally sent within 3-7 working days of payment being received. Please check the product information page for the approximate dispatch time. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post or TNT delivery times apply.

The majority of our items are sent from Melbourne. Please see the below shipping times for all Australian states. Please note: this should be used as a guide only.

Q. What payment methods can I use to place an order?

We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Direct Deposit (which allows for payment directly from your bank account) or alternatively you can use your PayPal account to pay for your order.


Q. At least one of my packages hasn't arrived. What can I do?

Our items are sent in individual packages, from a couple of different locations. This means that even when we send them at the same time, there can be a day or two until you receive all packages from your order.

If at least 10 days have passed since your order was placed, and you still haven't received all packages, please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 (if your item was sent via Australia Post) and check if your local post office is holding a parcel for you. We often find that Australia Post simply don't leave a note advising you a parcel is awaiting pickup or the notes can sometimes be thrown away by accident with junk mail left in letter boxes.

If you still can't locate your parcel after trying the above, please contact us - we will be more than happy to investigate on your behalf.


Q. Why did my credit card authorization fail?

a. Insufficient Credit Limited.
b. Current credit card billing address is not correct.
c. Wrong card number or wrong expiration date.
d. Wrong CVV code.

e. Country of issue and IPP address both have to be in Australia.

Q. How can I place an order using my in store credit?

Please place the order on line, continue to check out and your available credit will show as a payment method. If your credit is less than the money required to complete the order, you can use your credit card or PayPal in order to pay for the difference. 


Q. How do I search the item I want?

Q. When will my backorder arrive? How can I find out if the products in stock?

Usually 2-7 business days, however in some cases, a delivery may take longer than usual expected time. You may log into your account here to also track the progress of your order:

Q. How can I get technical help for products purchase online?

Q. How can I edit my order/address/billing information?

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail from us after their order placement. In order to edit the account or order information, customers can simply reply the e-mail back to us at this link.

Q. Do you have price guarantee or price-match?

In some cases we can price match. Please get in touch at this link.


Q. Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by emailing us at this link or calling 03 9329 4343. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.


Q. How will my refund be issued? How long does it take to receive my refund?

Same payment method as you paid for your order. All refunds and returns will take approximately 14 days.


Q. As for the backorder, why do you charge credit cards before shipping out merchandise?

All credit card transactions are automatically charged via our bank. We regret that charging your credit card at shipping time is currently not possible.
